Very User Friendly - Easy Communication

The software has been very easy to use in our office environment with multiple users. We are able to communicate effectively across departments through this tool! Nothing so far as we have found it difficult or confusing at all. I would recommend using VH if you need an effective communication platform between your employees that can be used by everyone regardless of their job title within your organization. Vision Helpdesk - Helpdesk - An awesome tool

The best thing is that it integrates with salesforce. This is a very good help desk for your customers. They are very friendly and can customize it as per their needs. Not much to dislike. Pricing could be better. It could be a bit pricey if you are looking for a help desk for a small or medium business. But yes, it is one of the best help desk you could get.
