This camera is a big improvement over the V2. Aside from the wider field of view (bigger camera coverage), the night vision colors are insanely beautiful. The fact that it can be used outdoors and can withstand inclement weather makes it ideal.

My Wyze camera arrived today. Within 3 minutes this tiny camera was up and running. I already had a Wyze account. I had to do 3 firmware updates. I had to log out of the app and log back in. When that was done, everything was ready. Looking forward to seeing night vision tonight. Remember that it only works at a frequency of 2.4.

just got off the phone with an assistant about a rule function that isn't working. After waiting 5 days for the promised solution. - I was told this is a new feature and they don't know when it will be available?! This is a feature included in their CURRENT software. You can activate it - no error messages - it just doesn't work! IS THIS A SCAM?

Excellent picture quality. Motion can be split to detect normal motion or people, extremely useful for minimizing false alarms. It's small, light, easy to install, and cheap. The only downer so far is the slightly reduced WiFi range compared to my previous v2 camera; not a whole bunch. However, the fact that it is weatherproof makes up for it in my book. Happy with my camera. Definitely thumbs up.

Update: I use 5 at home. I like her so much that I installed 2 at my grandmother's house to monitor and talk to her poor health. Glad you did! ok first i just want to say i have had wyze products for about 2-3 years and really love the products but unfortunately everything has gone wrong lately and extremely disappointing after receiving my Wyze camera version 3.
