IS THIS A SCAM? good for bullet cameras

just got off the phone with an assistant about a rule function that isn't working. After waiting 5 days for the promised solution. - I was told this is a new feature and they don't know when it will be available?! This is a feature included in their CURRENT software. You can activate it - no error messages - it just doesn't work! IS THIS A SCAM?
