Very very disappointed.

This is junk! I got this for my son's birthday and the thing has only worked for a little over a month! Long enough to pass the return window and then he died! Not worth the money spent. Very very disappointed.

Not enough memory on computers and accessories

My 5 years old. the old grandson loves it, but there is not enough memory to download so many games without removing some of them first. Because of this I was disappointed. But for 5 years. old, it's just the right size.

This tablet is terrible.

We've had this crap for 4 days now. My daughter and I are very disappointed. This tablet keeps freezing, freezing, hanging on the boot screen, and I'm willing to bet I've manually restarted it over 20 times using the little reset button on the back of the device. The camera doesn't work at all. And the touchscreen doesn't work either. Even I have a hard time typing and getting the apps working, my poor two year old can't help it and it was her birthday present. I intend to return it in full…

Good tablet with good design and stable operating system. However, I am not satisfied with the parental control features and the fact that the parental control app is only a trial version. Also, the sound on the tablet is very poor and since my daughter mostly watches videos, that's a bit of a problem.

Good tablet, especially for the price

I was looking for a tablet that works well and is not expensive. For the price I paid it's great. It works well and fast including watching videos on Youtube, Netflix or Hulu. I'm happy with the battery, it lasts a while, even if I use it a lot and watch videos, it doesn't drain that quickly. I like most of the features and it works well but I gave it 4 stars because it comes preloaded with games and apps that I don't really need and I find it difficult to remove them which occupies the hard…

Visual Land has HORRIBLE customer service

Bought this for my stepdaughter for her birthday. It was like this all week. While it worked, it worked great. But a week later, stripes appeared on the screen, and then it completely died. I spent a MONTH trying to contact Visual Land customer service to have it replaced as it is under warranty. It takes them a week to reply to an email and if they reply they obviously haven't read the email I sent so I need to send another one! This is VERY VERY frustrating. Spend the extra money and get…
