
Bought this for my stepdaughter for her birthday. It was like this all week. While it worked, it worked great. But a week later, stripes appeared on the screen, and then it completely died. I spent a MONTH trying to contact Visual Land customer service to have it replaced as it is under warranty. It takes them a week to reply to an email and if they reply they obviously haven't read the email I sent so I need to send another one! This is VERY VERY frustrating. Spend the extra money and get something from a company that you know endorses the product.
