I bought these for my 6 year old and the black looks like it has sequins and the laces are silver. So they are more girls than boys. He loves her even though he plays hard at school. They hold up well and allow him to put them on and take them off without untying them

He says they are very comfortable and he walks well in them. Perfect for school and everyday life. Red and black are popular sneaker colors that go well with many outfits. The laces are long enough to tie properly. And stay tied. Tires have good grip.

Luckily I have a child who loves sequins and sequins and doesn't care about gender roles 👌 The shoes look good and the sole is thick and durable. I only deducted a few stars for poor promotional photos. We're fine with the glitters, but if not, we'd have to return them. Just remember that that particular color sparkles ✨
