They are perfect in many ways except one: the lid tends to come off so be careful. This happened to both pump bottles at first, but I was able to screw the cap on one of the bottles, the other bottle still unscrews from time to time. Not the end of the world, but you have to be careful when collecting. Otherwise they are really great. Transparent thick glass, doesn't feel fragile and holds a very decent amount of liquid soap. You are exactly what I was looking for.

When you open a new hand pump, twist it and it should pop out. I twisted, pulled, almost broke it to open it. I don't know how to open it. I almost took the pump apart to see if the spout would pop out. Nothing. I will come back and get my money back. The glass is durable and looks clean. Too bad my nose doesn't burst.

I was about to give up and return it until I read other reviews saying to keep turning counterclockwise. It helped to use my fingers to hold the threaded base while I turned it. Otherwise the whole thing keeps spinning and it never comes out.

Perfect! I use them for dish soap in the kitchen (and small ones for hand soap in the kitchen/bathroom) and love how easy they are to wipe/keep clean/always look good! They are great quality and shipping was super fast!
