VIVO Black Tripod 32-55 inch LCD LED Flat Screen TV Stand - Height Adjustable Floor Mount STAND-TV55T Review

I use this in my music studio to have a flat screen display above my workspace and this stand exceeds all expectations. The stand is rock solid and holds my 43" Sharp very well. The tube is similar to the JBL speaker stand tube you saw at a concert and is just as durable. The only downside is that the base has to be widened quite a bit, to get the best support, and the height holes could be closer together, limiting my height options.

Bought for trade shows. The product is excellent and stable. Easy to set up quickly. I replaced two nuts with wing nuts (for the two screws holding the bracket to the top of the stand) and I installed them in about a minute. I leave the mounting brackets on the back of the TV for easy and quick installation. I use wing nuts where the main bracket goes into the top of the stand. The reason I give 4 stars is because I received one with the wrong parts. I even contacted the seller and they said it might be defective, I got a replacement and it came with the same problem. The problem is that the nut in the top bolt that secures the support tube and prevents the TV from rotating is loose. was too big for the slot (see before the pictures) resulting in the screw tipping or being off center and not pushing enough to stop the tube turning. We bought this to install a 42" TCL TV in a room where wall mounting and placing it on a piece of furniture were not options. It was incredibly easy to put together. My 13 year old daughter assembled it. We had no issues with broken or missing parts as mentioned in other reviews. However, the rear of our TV is 100 x 100 VESA and requires M4 screws. A very simple but solid construction. I bought the tripod design because I just needed to remove it and move it from one place to another. This design makes it easy, unlike "trolleys". Indoors the thing is solid enough (I have 55 in LG) and stable enough, especially if you spread your legs as wide as possible and set the TV to a lower height.
