The hair dryer is full size and performs well.

I knew this was a professional dryer when I bought it, but I was still surprised by the size. It's a full-size dryer, just like in salons. Despite having a huge head, he stands well on his feet and doesn't look huge in the corner. So I would plan for a seat when purchasing. No high or low switch.

My protective mask broke after 2 months. It just blows up but doesn't dry faster. The hole is narrow when you have a lot of foil or big rolls. You should make it wider, not narrower. I love that there is an on/off switch but you still have to use a timer so why is it there? Why don't they ask a barber to design one?

Dryer part is good but the stand is so cheaply made. I read this in the reviews before purchasing so it's my fault but please read the reviews properly! The state is terrible. As of June 2021 I was able to contact a representative of this company. They listened to my suggestions for improving this dryer and promised to pass them on. They got it right with my bags too. I appreciated it

Very hard on the neck! Bad design.

Drying performance is good. The helmet is too hard, the back touches the neck and is not adjustable. It doesn't tilt to allow for better customization. Too rigid and wrong design. I do not recommend.

Wear a flowing mesh if you have long hair

I like the drying power and temperature control of this hair dryer. A big problem is that the hair dryer sucks in long hair and fluffs it up. Bought to dry my long curly hair. So I put a loose net over my hair. That keeps it down so I can sit under the dryer.

Good and bad depending on use

Easy to assemble, audible and dry. Works great but creates a suction tornado effect and sucks up plastic caps and hair. It does not tip the cow down and rests uncomfortably on the neck, and the hatch stops working, it just stays closed. Also, it's ok for the price, not recommended for hairdressers in a pinch.
