A colleague suggested this item to easily attach/detach my USB security key to ID badge strap at work. It's durable and easy to detach and reattach to get into my computers. And because it's attached to my ID, it's always with me no matter where I turn on my laptop or desktop.

My new Sony RX10 MIII came with a camera strap but there was no way to attach it so I was able to remove it easily as sometimes I like to use a different camera strap that is more suitable for certain situations and attaches to a tripod screw. These connectors allow me to quickly and easily remove and/or reattach the original strap. The perfect solution for my needs. Definitely a cheap repair.

Sometimes I prefer to remove the neck strap from the camera, mostly when using a tripod or when servicing the camera. These loops make this process extremely quick and easy. When I use the neckband camera off-road they have proven to be very secure and do not interfere with the use of the camera in any way. If I buy cameras in the future I will definitely buy more sets of these VKOs. Excellent goods.

I've had this camera for 10 years now and I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times the strap has come in handy. On the other hand, the number of times I used the camera when the strap was in the way is about 1 less than the number of times I used the camera! These buckles match the strap eyelets perfectly and my existing strap matches the buckles and loops perfectly. Now I can remove the strap leaving only tiny buckles that I don't even notice when using the camera. Great…

They are well done BUT. The loop material is thick and won't fit through my camera strap holes. Very annoying to say the least.

I bought them thinking they would be big enough to replace a nylon rope/loop when they wear out - no way. They are tiny and the rope loop is just over 1/16 inch in diameter. I will never trust them tied to my expensive camera. Look elsewhere for a quick release that is much more reliable!
