I like that it's easy for my team members (both new hires & seasoned veterans)to use without any training required! It also gives me an opportunity to keep up-todate w/the latest industry trends as they change or evolve so we can make modifications when needed - no need to wait until our next upgrade cycle. The software has been so easy for me as an employee to use that I have started using it even when not working hours! It's also great because we do receive automatic notifications whenever there are updates or changes made anywhere within our system which makes collaboration much easier. I like that my team can use it at anytime anywhere without being tied down or limited. It's easy for everyone involved (employees/managers) so we all have access to what needs attention when needed as well as getting reminders if something has been missed out. The ease at which I can add images or video clips for my step-by-step guides makes this software easy to use! It's also very intuitive; it works well without needing any training whatsoever (and that alone deserves an applause!). The ease at which you can use this software for multiple applications within your organization has been one thing I have enjoyed most about using it!
