It's LOUD. Much louder than I expected - that's a higher pitched sound too. Just for reference, if you don't read the instructions, click the cold button once for cold and click again to turn off cold. I do not understand that. Apart from that everything is alright. I don't think it's worth the price or the hype. Even with accessories, it doesn't work any better than my $10 hair dryer.

I like how much power this thing has but there are 2 things I don't like about it and only 1 thing I will try differently. The only thing I can't help is that I have very long hair and my natural texture is very wavy so I usually just use a diffuser upside down but that causes a lot of frizz with this blow dryer and also causes mine The hair was sucked in at the other end, so I had to guard the end. If I had to set it on my hair it would fix the problem but it doesn't give the volume I want…

I've been using the same old hair dryer for ten years! I was visiting a friend and borrowed this dryer. I was amazed at the development of technology! It dried my hair so quickly and didn't have much harmful heat like my old one. I ordered it that day. It's been a love story ever since.

Okay, I didn't know dryers could expel air better than others. This hair dryer has made my hair silkier than my old hair dryer. After blow drying I usually have to smooth out the ends as they look burnt and singed. I don't understand this dryer. It feels much healthier and looks less puffy and dry. Pleasantly warm air, not hot. The light weight keeps it strong and it looks elegant and cute.

UPDATE: The fasteners don't last long and I broke them off a few months after returning. This hair dryer is very effective in straightening or spraying your hair. I love the size and power but I can't use the detox head just because my hair is too long and being pulled in by the nozzle airflow grille was longer , I think that would solve the problem, but I still really like it
