Easy to use, easy to maintain and easy to navigate

I like how easy it is for me as an agent to make changes in my schedule, also have access from any device with Internet connection. It can be confusing at times when you don't know what button do but after some time you get used to everything. This software really helps us by saving our precious time because now we are able to change our schedules without going into office. We still need to go inside office once every few weeks to update our records but this way we can manage all those things…
