VoiceFront - Great product for Customer Support

I love that it has all of my customer support info in one place! It makes life so much easier when you are trying to track down an order or contact someone about something. There's not too many things with this software but what there is works well enough. The interface can be difficult at times especially if your new to Voicemodification/Chatbotting (I'm sure they will add some more features soon). But overall we like how easy it was to set up our chatbots from start to finish. We're able to…

The chatbot feature of the application is amazing. I can use it to get customer service related issues and also to interact with customers who are interested in my product and want to buy it. Sometimes the bot doesn't respond for a long time. Also sometimes there is no response at all. If you are looking for a solution to your customer service problems then this is the best option available.
