This LED bulb was a direct replacement for the original 1141 bulb in my motorhome's exterior lighting. It simply plugs into an outlet and shines much brighter than the original lamp while using less electricity. I left it overnight as a test, but haven't used it since. I expect it to last longer than I've owned a camper and I still have a second bulb as a spare.

There are so many LED bulbs on the market that it's difficult to choose just one. I bought a few cheaper ones and they were complete crap. They are as bright as a light bulb and roughly the same color. They don't get hot like incandescent bulbs. Replaced them with all the lightbulbs in the cabin in the RV. I would buy this bulb again if I had to replace a 1156 bulb.

I can't help but say these 12V Pyjr LED bulbs with a single pin bayonet base have performed well in my garden lights. No problem. The lamps appear to be waterproof but I would not use them where there is constant exposure to water just for safety reasons. Please note that different garden lights use bulbs with different bases. Don't forget to buy the right bulbs for your fixture.

I bought this for the outdoor porch lights and propane work lights on my RV. Incandescent lamps are 5 watts and incandescent lamps are 15 watts. This way you save battery power. They don't get hot like old lightbulbs and protect your light fixture from heat damage. They are a bit lighter and have more of a warm white than a blue cast.
