I use this to monitor my trolling motor batteries on my boat and have had no problems with it, even in a marine environment.

Durable, easy to install.

Run this on my fishing tackle to ensure my transducers are working properly when I'm on the water. Works well and has withstood hits from fishing gear so far.

Works great but not readable in daylight

Too dark in bright light. He needs a polarized filler on the front. The wires are also thin and the points they attach to are held in place by thin washers. Let's see if they can withstand the external conditions.

Accurate meter difficult to read

I bought this based on what others have said about easy reading. It certainly doesn't exist in every daylight. Very disappointed. I'm only keeping it because it seems pretty accurate. Also, it was shipped directly from China so it took a month to arrive.

Not exactly in the electrics

This voltmeter read as low as 0.2 volts on a 12 volt battery, making it useless for determining full state of charge. The gauge was compared to two different DVMs that I know are accurate. The actual reading from this meter was 12.4 on the battery, which was actually 12.65 volts. Since it was so cheap I just threw it away. Since it looks flooded and unusable, there was no way to recalibrate it. Too bad because it had a nice bright display.

Can be read in sunlight

This blue is the first color I've been able to read in sunlight (without sunglasses) on my golf cart. Tried red and green, neither of them legible. A screw on the wires made installation a bit easier. Haven't had it long enough to comment on its longevity. The reading seems accurate. The only downside is that it's a bit smaller than the ones previously installed, so I had to cut and paste another "frame" into the cart to get it to fit properly.
