My daughter brought this product to my attention after the hairdresser ruined my hair, cutting it too short and uneven. I spent 30-45 minutes every morning making sure everything looked normal. With this dryer and this brush it only takes 5 minutes or even less. I can straighten my hair and the hair dryer makes it voluminous and "shiny". I recommend everyone to get one of these. I like that it's also very light.

Instructions state that some odor and smoke are normal on first use as they are burning oil from the unit. It happened. The SECOND time I used it, it started to crackle and sparkle right as it started to dry. Switched off and right back again.

My mom and niece love it and say it works great. The only complaint is that it's inconvenient to hold in your hands and the like. The stylus is quite large and quite oddly shaped, not useless but takes some getting used to I'm told. In general, they both like it, but when it stops working, they would like to try another brand to see if the ergonomics are better.
