I bought an old Vornado Silver Swan Spinning Fan in February 2019, big brushed nickel, the dam grille was rusting in the summer, it always had this weird vibration problem, but I thought if I use it more it will happen . loosen and the vibration will eventually stop. Update: 05/04/2020 After 9 months the black tire broke again. I strongly advise against buying this fan. Update: 08/12/2019 One fine day, the black plastic ring suddenly burst. I'm not sure how or why this part broke as I have yet to clean the blades. Even though the warranty has expired, a Vornado representative stood by their product and sent a replacement ring. I really wanted to like this fan and for the most part I like it. However, it's not perfect and for the price the quality should be much better. The biggest problem I've encountered is the inconsistency of the audio. It will very rarely click or buzz softly when vibrating, making it suck like a white noise machine.
