Voyager 4210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset Review

I ordered this for my home office based on the photos in the ad. I am not pleased to learn that the charging station shown in the listing in the main photo is not of the model specified. Also, I'm now finding out that I can't even order a stand, I'd need a completely different model! Talk about misleading advertising 🤦🏼‍♂️

Don't be fooled by the picture!. There is no charging station included. You have to buy this separately and it costs between $35 and $45 depending on where you look. So if that's what you're expecting and made you buy earlier, I recommend getting the model that actually has a stand, which is the OFFICE headset models. Even when I called Amazon and asked if it came with a stand, they said yes.

This arrived refurbished but should be new. From day one the mute button doesn't work and keeps switching on/off from mute without pressing the button. Also, the connector you plug the charger into is loose and won't allow charging. For the money I paid I expected a new, WORKING product. I have contacted the seller but have not received a response, so now I am forced to give a bad review. Be very careful when you buy this.

I really liked this headset at first. Shortly after I received it and put it on for a two-hour conference call, it became snug on my head with minimal adjustment. Here we are 7 months old and part of the plastic broke off and today I just lost the sound. I can turn it on and it says power on but no more talk time and only connects to BT for a short time. I made sure it was fully charged. Sent back to Plantronics under warranty but my only option is an exact replacement.

Based on the image on the product ad I assumed I would also get a base to mount the headset on. However, the picture showing the base is not included. So after trying to get this item to work with our IT department, we couldn't get it to work properly without the base, we had to return the item. I only received a 50% refund on this purchase even though I returned it WITHIN the timeframe stated, including all parts and the original packaging. We must get 100% discount.

I love these products but this one doesn't fit. The audio is clear for a while and starts to thud or hiss from time to time. This does not mean a very good connection. We have great Smart Home Wi-Fi and I was expecting the same quality as this product but no. Don't waste money. I had high hopes but they weren't fulfilled due to "we can't hear you", "can you say it again" and "please speak up". The final request not to use a wireless headset was enough for me to throw it away. I'm on the phone…
