Based on our own experience, this product is an absolute disaster. It caused our TV to short-circuit and left us without electronics for several days. The only positive was the quick customer service response, but that doesn't make up for the headache and frustration this caused. Stay away from this product and save yourself the trouble.

I bought a used TV, no remote control was included in the kit. I ordered these and received the remotes 3 days earlier than I bought 2 of them. 1 for my wife and 1 for me. They are amazing. I think the only improvement they could make would be to add a backlight to them. I will still remember the main buttons.
