my dog kindly ate grandma's tv remote and i was happy to find this remote as it looks exactly the same. I got it working with the TV in less than a minute and because it was the same I didn't have to spend a day teaching her how to use it.

My old hippie has worn out every remote control we've ever had. Went to Revain for a replacement on a whim and here he is. I ordered two, one for each of us. This is the same remote control that came with the TV. Yes. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

Right out of the box my remote had some of the same issues reported by other customers. But after leaving it overnight, removing and reinstalling the batteries, it kind of worked like it should. I have no idea how it went from idle to working, but I'm glad it did.

I noticed from previous reviews that the battery compartment was labeled incorrectly. It uses AA batteries, NOT AAA. The remote control works fine but is a cheap imitation. I don't mind because I only use it for HDMI input switching or menu functions for my old non-smart Vizio monitor. I have other remotes for other things. No complaints yet.

This remote control was a replacement for us. We bought it to replace the one that was destroying the leaking batteries and our first shipment was stolen before it arrived. However, it fits our TV model perfectly. It's basically "plug and play". Insert batteries and you're good to go. Very pleased we were able to get this remote aftermarket for the price we did.

This remote control is exactly what I was looking for. I have a Vizio TV (regular, not a smart TV) that hasn't had a remote for about 10 years. Finally decided to try and find one that would work. This remote control is great! Only batteries are required, no programming and other things. All the buttons, both primary and secondary, like the sleep button and the menu button, work great with the TV. Definitely recommend if you need a replacement!

This is the exact remote that came with my Vizio TV (not smart) that we have outside. I think the old remote succumbed to the cold and heat of our outdoor sundeck. Since I always keep my manuals, I was able to match the number on this remote. It works great so I'll try to remember to grab that remote when I go in. Highly recommend checking out Revain, thought I'd have to go to the Vizio website but tried Revain first!
