Great phone with very clear sound. This gave us a further expansion and expanded our telephone system, which includes a fixed base (CS6949), to five telephones.

This phone was terrible. You can't leave the base or people can't hear you. In fact, people thought I was using a cell phone in an area with poor service. Lots of noise and no reception. I returned them.

I need an extra cordless phone for the downstairs as the main base is upstairs. I was satisfied with both the base and the expansion. The sound leaves something to be desired, but as long as I can hear it through the speaker, I'm fine.

Worst purchase for me as useless. I bought it not realizing I needed another main phone to program it. So I bought it and now threw it away. They should put up a disclaimer to say the phone can't work on its own.

Easily integrated into my existing network; Now I have five phones. My problem is that I have a hearing loss from the military. This phone isn't as sharp as my old corded phones. I don't know if other brands are better but this is something to consider if you have a hearing loss.

Gone are the days when you could buy a really good, solid desk phone for the home or office that was sleek and well made. Today the ones available are lightweight and made of plastic. However, they work. Not so elegant. Not so hard and tight. But they work. The sound is clear. Number memory is good. I just miss the days when you could feel the quality when you held the phone in your hand.

don't ask me how but we lost the handset on our cordless phone system. No search, phone calls, or pagers from the home unit could find him. I did a quick search and found this replacement that works with my system. Pairing was very easy. It looks just like the phone I lost. I got it for a great price and I'm so glad I didn't have to change the whole system.

This phone worked exactly as promised with the base unit I already had. I wanted a phone line in my living room and didn't realize I could do without a jack until I bought the expandable base separately. This handset was easy to register to the original base station as it only needed to be charged in 30 minutes and installed on this base system for registration which took 90 seconds. Received a used phone today with parts missing, poorly protected, with a totally broken packaging with parts torn off. The box was even covered with pens. There's a charging cable in between the missing parts, so I don't even know if the crap they sent will work. But I doubt it, because everything looks terrible.
