🔦 Yellow VTech Spin and Learn Color Flashlight Review

This is not a flashlight. It glows but flashes on and off and cannot be used like a real flash. Blinking is very annoying and distracting. I'm not sure if it can't cause epilepsy problems. This is incredibly frustrating for a toddler who likes to use a flashlight. This is a loud, always singing, annoying toy. It would probably also be bad for a young child with epilepsy to use this toy, but there is no warning against it. I wish I had never ordered it.

I bought this flashlight for my little one when she was just under a year old. She liked to look (and I mean directly) at the lights and the sounds of the flashlight. This flashlight is durable and well made. There are two volume options (found around the 200th time she presses any of the buttons). We've had this toy for over a year now and she comes back to it regularly and loves looking at the light. I'm glad the light isn't very bright, otherwise she would have gone blind by now.

I wanted a flashlight for my kid who likes to build forts. The goal was to find a flashlight that we can use to read books in the dark. I chose this VTech model because I thought it would like the multicolored lights. Disappointed because this turned out not to be a real flashlight. It's constantly playing music or talking when it's on (there's no way to turn on the light without sound, and it makes a lot of noise.). The light doesn't just "glow" either, all colors flash constantly.

First night our two year old twins loved it and wanted to put it to bed, second day they both ignored it and have done so ever since. This caught the attention of our 2 year old twin during the day. Hardly a flashlight. Yes, it glows, but it flashes and cannot be used like a real flash. This is incredibly frustrating for my toddler who loves using the flashlight for its intended purpose in the dark and looking into dark places. This toy is too busy turning lights on and off and talking, it won't turn on for more than a few seconds. I don't know why they made it without the ability to turn on the light and use it as a flashlight. It would also probably be bad for a small child with epilepsy

My child loves this light. At first they played with him all the time and they still find him funny now and then. The fact that it's a flashlight makes them happy. Music and noises annoy me as an adult, but I think that's the main purpose of such toys. The scary thing is that this toy sometimes works at night when I'm walking by. I'm guessing my kid just threw it in a toy box and it landed on one of the many buttons, but it can be a bit scary when one of those loud toys unexpectedly goes off…
