Experience Serenity with VTech Soothing Ocean Slumber Mobile Review

We first saw this mobile at my parents' house when we were entertaining my niece and nephews. We decided to buy one and it arrived today. Out of the box, the moving part that connects to the base of the whale didn't work. UPDATE: I bought two of these, one for my parents house and one for our house. BOTH no longer work. After several disputes with VTech, they sent me a replacement as a "one time courtesy" (imagine the audacity?). Just a few days later, the second cell phone stopped working (I took it from my parents' house)! I have little faith that the newest one will last very long. 2 months old likes this phone. I wish there was just a white noise option because nature sounds have crickets and birth sounds. But I really like that the music starts with original lullabies that someone actually sings. It would be great if we could add our own recording of lullabies in the future.
