Soft and durable: toys for babies and toddlers

My son loves to swim. Small enough to be held by hand (he is 10 months old) and soft enough to be chewed. Just don't forget to pour the water out of the little giraffe. Otherwise mold will form. It's not too hard to empty it.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Hard to say

Sophie for Bath is great!

I bought it for 8 months. old daughter because I thought it was too cute. I like her almost better than the original Sophie. My daughter loves it and it's good for the bathroom. I also think it's a bit easier to hold than the original and I love how it floats in the water. When I unpacked it I didn't stink, and according to the Vulli website, it looks like she likes the flatalat-free original,[.]

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear

We love Sophie! on Baby & Toddler Toys

We have a soft Sophie and two teething Sophies who I have had since my seven month old baby was born. If you have one in your home, you know they will never let you down! So we went ahead and added the bath version to his collection. It's a lot smaller than the others and doesn't swim as well as it seems, and the water doesn't "spit" well out of its mouth, so I keep draining the water (but you have to do that with rubber ducks, too). After all, my baby doesn't care about these things - it's…

Approved For Children: Baby & Toddler Toys

My 9 month old has had the Original Sophie for a while now and loves it. She didn't have any bath toys so I decided to bring her Sophie into the bath. She loves to chew it and smile about it. The only thing is that it took a bit for him to squirt. Once you understand this and teach other participants, there will be no problems. You have to hold Sophie like a syringe with two fingers over the tube and your thumb down on her feet. Another thing is that it was a lot smaller than I thought. That's…

  • This is great

Don't wait for Mini Sophie

Not a bad bath toy at all. Just be careful what you buy versus the regular Sophie teether. One piece instead of 4 pieces - Ring doesn't come off - Material isn't as soft and flexible - Doesn't make any noise when squeezed - Even if you're not using it as a squirt toy, water can get in and needs squeezing regularly, my 5 month old Son likes this toy although after a while he gets a little frustrated because it's not really a teether and he's used to putting one of Sophie's legs in his mouth. I'm

GREAT for what is being sold as a BAD toy.

There are many negative reviews about this toy based on the fact that it may not be made from natural rubber and therefore may not be safe for babies to chew so I was forced to think to share your experiences. I understand that children (particularly teething children) tend to put EVERYTHING in their mouths and I understand wanting to make sure the toys they chew on are made from safe materials. However, since my son only gets to know this toy while bathing and only under adult supervision…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
