Bought something similar with metal parts and washers. Rusted after 2 washes. Save time and buy this plastic version. It looks more like genuine Kitchenaid parts and works great after 2 months of daily wash cycles.

Fits perfectly, easy to install and has worked for 1 month with no problems. We replaced the old wheels as the factory plastic was going bad and the original wheels kept falling off! 10/10 so far. Who knows how long they really last. However, I no longer have to worry about the old ones losing their wheels.

Great product, far superior to factory units and they don't freeze like steel wheel assemblies which rust quickly. I bought two sets and think I won't be needing the second set for a very long time. Great work Chu Lan, thank you for your help and appreciation for your wonderful product.

I ordered these casters for my 8 year old Kitchenaide dishwasher. I wasn't sure if they would fit but had to try as my rollers were worn out and falling off. I took the package out of the mailbox, opened it up and immediately replaced the ones I had. I am a 66 year old female and not very gifted. So when I say it was that easy, trust me. They fit perfectly!

Maytag rack blunt casters fell apart otherwise dishwasher is fine. Crazy cheap factory rollers I think! They work well, they are easy to install and are working great after 6 months of installation. I hope they last but if not I'll try to remember to update this review. But now they have restored my rack and pinion casters to like-new condition.

I was limping for a while with a broken wheel on the bottom drawer of the dishwasher. Then the second one broke! My husband said he thought he could replace them at the hardware store so I waited. When I decided to see if it was available online, I checked it out and lo and behold, it's here! The order was made quickly, the delivery was prompt and voila! Dishwasher like new. This is probably a common problem since hot water and dish soap will ruin plastic wheels over time.

I changed the wheels on my 10 year old Kitchenade because I had glued them together (poorly) for a while. The mechanic who fixed something else offered to replace them. The price he quoted for a set of wheels was more than a set of wheels. So I declined and ordered CDs. They work as promised and after about 2 months everything is fine. Ease of installation. When the wheels work again (and they will - they look identical to my first set) I'll just order more and replace them again.
