The wheels on my lower dishwasher basket were plastic and fell off. I bought these plastic and metal replays and the manufacturer emailed me with a link to a YouTube video with installation tips. That made the repair easier. It literally took seconds. Couldn't be happier.

After losing a pair of wheels with original plastic end caps I found them with metal rivets. You simply replace your 4 wheel holders by removing the old ones and inserting the new ones. No tools required. Fantastic upgrade. The factory should send them under warranty.

Didn't know our Kenmore Elite dishwasher had defective lower basket casters that were throwing out in the last 3-4 months (Dishwasher 2015). I'm glad I found a solution (check the part numbers on the Sears website first). Easy installation thanks to super-fast overnight delivery. saved my day!

This order was for 4 sets of rollers. They were fairly easy to attach, but I broke 2 of the 4 knots trying to get them to "snap" onto the wire dishwasher rack. I find the plastic they are made of too brittle. You have to use moderate pressure on the knot to secure it and pieces broke off on 2 of the 4 pulley assemblies.

I expected a lot more from a Kitchenaide dishwasher, especially considering how much it costs to replace defective OEM parts. $25 x 4! I got this set of 4 for $15.99! The best part is that the poor design has been fixed. The original has a plastic case that will soon fail. In this version, the plastic sleeve is replaced by a metal sleeve. They're pretty sturdy. You can spin them in your hand but they don't spin freely and when mounted they don't seem to spin at all, the whole assembly just wobbles on the fixed wheels. Doesn't look good in the long run, but it's ok for a cheap short-term solution. If you buy them, expect them to be replaced within the next 6 months or so, and you won't be too disappointed if they inevitably fail. The fitting instructions are easy to follow. I bought these complete wheels because they were cheaper than KitchenAid parts.
