Not as cold in terms of light temperature as ordinary lamps, but definitely shines more than 13 year old lamps. I wonder if they will last 13 years?

Great lamp at a great price. A few months before I bought this lightbulb, the auto repair shop charged me $189 to put the same lightbulb in my car. I will now always buy these lamps from this dealer and install them myself. Or have your local mechanic install them for just $20.

Exact OEM replacement for my 09 Maxima. The item was only sent in a padded envelope so the box was crushed but the bulb was protected and ok inside. I removed the wheel arch cover to access the back of the light housing and then bulb removal/installation was fairly easy. Hopefully this lamp will last 9+ years like the original.

Before buying this item, be sure to research the cost of installing it in your car or understand how difficult the installation will be as you can calculate it will burn out in just a month. If installation is easy or you need a quick and inexpensive solution, go for it. Otherwise, invest in a more reliable HID bulb that will last more than a month.

Be careful. Wagner D2S lamps have generally always been made in Germany (appear to be rebranded Philips lamps). I recently ordered a few and received Wagners made in Korea. They were real and all, but they were re-stamped Korean lamps, so I wasn't very happy. Now it says "Made in Germany or Korea" on the boxes. Well the bulbs were definitely made in Korea and I could tell right away that they were the same as the cheaper name brand bulbs you can get for $25 for the whole pair! I'm sorry…
