I never used this machine because I was afraid of how deep it shaves my arm to within an inch. Didn't want to try it on my head but I can tell you this is an excellent product that will get the job done for someone for years to come. I returned it and can't tell you how communicative the company representative was to ensure I got my refund.

I just love this clipper! I have used a few clippers for personal use at home and this one beats all the others! The blades are Made in Germany and the housing says "Made in USA" and the processing quality is impeccable! You can immediately distinguish it from other products made elsewhere. It took me 15 minutes to get my hair cut at home and I'm no pro! Highly recommended.
