My husband loves to get his head shaved without a razor as closely as possible and that seems the closest we can do. Still has stubble (he still has hair - he just loves it) - but it works pretty well. Not easy to swap out on a razor, but it works. Even so, I don't hesitate to update my reviews when new information seems useful.

Benefits: Nice close shave, no pinholes or cuts. Cons: These blades are slightly more sensitive to screw tightening compared to other Wahl blade sets. They are very easy to pull. Also, these blades seem to get brushed more often when used to keep them clean. FYI: These blades fit my two choice two-screw trimmers, neither of which were "bald" trimmers (Color Pro and Home Pro).

After using the Wahl Balding clippers for years, even after thorough cleaning, I felt it was time to replace them. It just wasn't cutting like it used to due to wear and tear and heavy use (used at least once/twice a week for 4-5 years). I came across this knife while looking for a new Wahl bald trimmer. Boring is all I can say. I don't know if they've been on the shelf for a long time or if they're from a bad batch, but the packaging was bland and unusable. I've been using the same product for over 15 years. years and are usually sourced from a national network of cosmetics suppliers. I thought I'd save a few bucks by ordering from Revain, but I haven't saved a dime.
