Just bought. I removed the blade and made sure the hair was gone and new. Easy to hold. Seems solid. I wish the toggle switch was metal rather than a flimsy plastic switch. It feels like it's about to break. Overall a pleasant purchase. I preferred it to the andis and oster models because it looked better. Andis looks weird and Oster was more expensive (sallys Beaty Model, not Amazon POS)

I've only had these trimmers for 3 months and have had to replace the blade twice. My trimmers are locked and stored in a case for protection. Absolute rubbish!

This seller sold me a used trimmer. As you can see from the photos, the ones with the gold screws came with the machine and were used. They didn't cut their hair and hair got stuck in the car. I had to buy a new T-wide blade and it finally works like a real detailer. Detailers look very nice in black and gold.

The product has arrived and has obviously been used before! Not even properly cleaned Incredible Return, but I'll probably reorder because I'm an election fan. we will see

excellent trimmer. No need to zero the blade, it's just what the barbers say, it's awesome. Be careful when using the blade upside down along the neck line and when tattooing the blade can irritate the skin but will not cut if you don't twist the setting.

The blades were chipped on arrival. I didn't even realize it until I trimmed my neck pretty well. At the very least, I wish replacement blades were supplied.

I didn't like that I received my product and the trimmers looked like they had been used before or something. They were all scratched and there were some weird things on the blade. 3 items from this company were sent today and they all look like they have been opened and used before. I would like an unopened and defect-free exchange for my new trimmers.
