I bought three of these duvet covers - 2 pink and one white. The quality is excellent! I like old pink best. After washing, the covers take on a linen look, which I really like.

So after my last duvet cover lost threads I decided to go for cotton. I bought the purple cover and am obsessed with that color! I have washed and dried this comforter and have had no problems other than my pillowcases becoming rumpled. The cover is a little wrinkled but I don't mind as it makes my duvet cover look thicker. At first I was nervous, I wouldn't like the feel of cotton, but after one night I think it's perfect! I also love that the zipper is zipped! It offers breathability so you…

I ordered the color lilac. I'd say it's a lighter, more vibrant purple than soft lavender. I love that it's 100% cotton. Smells a little from the packaging. Washed and was good. It has ties on all 4 corners. I hope the adhesive strips last a long time. Like the zipper. It was easy to put my duvet down but a little difficult to tie the top ties to my duvet. But that's to be expected. All in all a great duvet for the money. Will probably order another one for the guest room.

More to the point. When someone uses a duvet cover, the main problem is pushing the duvet under the covers. Hence the usefulness of corner joints. This is a cotton duvet cover, but the manufacturer chose to use a slippery satin material for their ties. Result? The corners have fallen off a few times in the weeks since purchase. Why? It's built to last so if you have dogs that think their bed is theirs then this is a great product. The black material hides her dog hair but keeps the lint away from everything else.
