Disappointing Dog Training Shoulder Dispenser

After trying this product, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The camouflage design may be appealing, but that's the only positive aspect. The dispenser consistently gets jammed, making it difficult to access the waste bags. I have had to resort to using my own supplies because of this inconvenience. As a frequent customer of Pet Supplies, I expected better quality from this item.
