These fake cameras look like real ones

Exactly what I expected. I bought them to make people think we have cameras on when we're out or at work. The red light really does make it look like the camera is recording and the decals that made people think the cameras were recording were an added bonus that we put on our front door and another on the back deck sliding door. I love her

Looks OK so far

When a battery is added, the indicator flashes continuously. I don't know how long the batteries will last, but probably not long enough. If it flashes maybe every 10-15 seconds but it keeps going uninterrupted. Might still act as a deterrent because we also have real cameras so we can keep thieves guessing. And if none of them work and we end up at home, I have a permanent repeller for them too.

Works great at room temperature, poor wiring, larger batteries can be used

They look and work as advertised: like a camera with a red flashing light. This is at room temperature. But I need to install them in a very hot place outside. Electronics can fail at high temperatures. If they fail I will try to update this review. It uses two AAA batteries. I wish it would use big AA batteries; I think they might fit. AA batteries have a much higher capacity so I don't have to change batteries as often. If I think of updating the review I'll add how long the batteries lasted.
