Walker 35225 Rain Cap for Exhaust Review

Seems to work well. I used a stainless steel nut and bolt because the ones you get are only galvanized steel and will rust over time.

Advertised as 2 inch but is not. It didn't fit so I measured it and it was 1 and 3/4 inches instead of 2 inches. Not returned due to shipping.

I've always liked the noise they make when the tractor is running at low speed. Well made durable finish shines (it was only used for a week). Very easy to install. The 1953 John Deere Model 40 lives on! You will not regret it.

Just installed a weld block for a truck, the exhaust is rigid and flows straight into the cab - the exhaust isn't vertical so I was worried the curve might not work but it's perfect, drives on the closed highway and works perfectly

It was not clear in the description what pipe size would fit. Customer reviews state this is for a 2" pipe, but the comments said this is the minimum size that will fit and you would need to fully tighten the mounting screw to secure it to the pipe. It's not entirely inaccurate. Approximate 2" pipe installation, maximum 1 3/4". Either they mean a different product number or they can't read the scale.?

It would be VERY VERY helpful if the seller clearly states the minimum and maximum internal dimension of the cover or the external diameter of the exhaust pipes that it will be easy to adjust. It is very vague to try to choose the right size for your needs. If you know what real Cap ID you want to get, it's a really crappy shooter what you're going to get.
