Installed this catalytic converter on my 98 Altima 2.4 with only one problem, the catalytic converter didn't come with 3 tailpipe base flange bolts, couldn't remove the old ones so just used nuts and bolts, works great

Carburetor compliant to prevent the engine light from coming back on (happens on cheap cats). The installation was good, there was no place to attach the bracket to the engine block so it had to be welded to the bracket. The kit did not come with the three bottom studs so I had to use screws as the studs got stuck in the old cat. Plan to replace the manifold (Dorman manifold was also considered) as the bolts holding the boiler to the manifold are likely to break.

"Super Straight Fit" my leg. The intake flange on the manifold side was loose at best. The exhaust side required a different gasket than the original gasket and the bolt/stud holes were unthreaded or the right size. There is no lower threaded mount, so the cat's weight hangs off the manifold instead of being securely attached to the block. You also can't use the factory heat shield without cutting the bottom off.
