I am so embarrassed by the bad reviews on these bedside tables. Normally when something has such bad reviews as these bedside tables I wouldn't order it, but I loved them so much and couldn't find anything comparable in this price range so I gave it a go. I love the design, I love the wood but I'm blown away by the poor quality control. The drawer slides are wood, not metal, so the drawers were sticky and difficult to slide in and out. I used a candle to lubricate the foil. Now it works fine, although I'm very reluctant to pull and pull out the drawers. I don't want the slides to grow any further. It would be much better…

VOC Warning: These tables give off gases like CRAZY. There was even a warning somewhere on the packaging that they didn't meet some VOC regulations that I had never heard of.
