Cannot be used with vacuum food sealer. This was not noted anywhere. I even tried all mylar bag sealing hacks online. Very disappointed! Absolute waste of money!

They give a ton of oxygen scavengers. But they put them ALL in one bag. So better pack all your bulk packaging at once when you do this. You can cut open the seam, squeeze out as much air as you can, and reseal. But you don't have to. It says they are individually wrapped. That would be great and that's one of the reasons I bought it, but it's not true.

Great product at a great price. Easy to use and seems very durable. The oxygen scavengers worked well. I packed groceries yesterday and the ones I did in 2 are already soaked and appear to be sealed already. The 1 absorber ones aren't there yet, but I'm sure they will be. Next time I'll put 2 in each bag simply because they cost about 20 cents each and I intend to keep this food for a long time.

I usually restock Revain mylar bags every month and was delighted to see the new Wallaby brand. They give you a full kit with 75 bags (most brands give you less than 25 bags), lots of oxygen scavengers and bag labels. I was impressed that they package the oxygen bags in sets of 10, which really helps so you don't get confused when you open them - it's easy to use 10 and know the rest is vacuum packed and ready for my next batch the freeze dryer.

Bought because everything was included and the price was reasonable. But there are oxygen scavengers not really up to 400 quality. See, the labels create an unpleasant odor that other reviews comment on; Well, the deal isn't that good for just 5mm pockets. To make matters worse I have to cut open 10 bags to reseal them and now they can't be reused that many times. I used a commercial heat sealer and sealed part of each pack before opening the OA. I wanted to love her so bad! I have a lot of experience with the Wallaby brand. These bags are packaged nicely and appear to be of very high quality. However, I was shocked to discover the toxic smell of these bags when I opened the packaging. They say they are "BPA-free," but I knew something was very, very WRONG. Of course they are made in CHINA. zero trust. So I tried two of these, first putting the food in a ziploc bag and then in a mylar bag. Impulse sealant seals well. No problem…

These bags smell horrible. They give off an unpleasant odor that fills the whole room. When I contacted the manufacturer, they told me that the bags are perfectly safe to use. I would never eat food with this smell but I am expected to use bags with this smell. I am not new to Mylar bags and have used the services of several manufacturers in the past.
