I gave it 3 stars because overall it's a great frameset. Insoles simply leave a lot to be desired. The frames are perfect but disappointed that the frame is plexiglass instead of glass. There were many scratches on the piece of plastic, under the plastic wrap. It would be nice if the seller offered a replacement. It makes the product cheaper and I bought it as a gift.

Pretty, looks good on the wall. But it's definitely not worth the price. When I bought it it was thirty dollars. The frames are literally dollar tree quality, with a length of rope attached to each frame. I returned them but honestly I can buy frame and string for a few dollars to recreate this for about $10. Unless the price drops significantly, I suggest others do the same.

They look very nice but to be honest they are expensive for the material they are made of. We are talking about the quality of dollar store. There is nothing wrong with that, as I have bought many nice but cheap frames from the dollar store, but paid significantly less for them. Now I'm in a dilemma because I need another one that fits and I really don't want to send them back or spend any money.

I bought 2 sets of these frames to hang in the corner of my bedroom where space in front of the door was very limited. If they were for any other room or location I would return them all. The rope used to hang the collage and tie the 4 frames together doesn't work well with the black frames. In addition, the metal brackets holding the back of the picture were broken in several frames. It takes a bit of care opening all the metal flaps to reveal the back of all these small frames. And then peel off the protective film on both sides of the viewing windows. But once I've cropped and placed my photos to the right size and everything is put together, they look really good! A fun way to display old postcards (although they're a bit small, they need to be glued to the back and centered on the holes) I'm happy with the end result of a great job.

These picture frames are very pretty and will suit any decor from beachy to rustic. Please remember that the "glass" covering the photo is plexiglass. I know this may be off-putting to some people, but it is beautifully made plexiglass and you won't be able to tell the difference unless you touch it. It is very transparent, dense and durable. I wanted my frames to look natural, but as you can see in the photos, one of the frames had an odd mesh stain that was distracting.
