Works just fine - wish i could customize features better

The ease at which it can be used, along with its flexible nature makes this software ideal for any size business or organization that needs some form of workforce management solution. It does not have as much flexibility when compared to other solutions out there but I believe they are working towards making improvements so we will see how things progress over time. We use WFMS primarily because our previous system was very outdated and did little more than keep track of employee hours worked…

Flexibility and efficiency is great

The ease at which I can create new employees, assign them tasks or projects with it's flexibility for different types of jobs/tasks makes this software very useful! With all my companies we use WFMs there are so many features that make sense when you need something specific but not others as well like other systems do. It could be more user friendly if they had better instructions online about how everything works together because sometimes people have questions regarding their system after…

This is pretty much perfect in terms of employee and manager relations

I love that you can set up your own rules for each person, so it's not just one way management like some other programs are! It also has great reporting features which makes my life easier when managing employees during busy times or trying different schedules/schedules with new hires who have varying needs from day-to-day as well across departments within our business - we've been able solve those issues by setting this software into place first thing every morning before anyone even gets…

  • Easy to train staff in using (i know cause im good an doing them myself lol)
  • Its simple yet effective
  • Great customer support service via live chat & email response options too :)
