    Didn't work: cheese tools

    The wire used to cut cheese was broken and twisted around the handle and the lever was bent so it didn't line up with the slot in the base. .

    My cheese cutter fits cheese tools

    Sorry but I'm not very happy with this product because the wire isn't aligned with the slot. The wire is not that strong. However, the marble base is solid. For the price I paid it could have been done better.

    Arrived broken, poor quality

    Item arrived with a broken cable. Pottery is also broken into pieces. Very bad quality. It slices the cheese, but you have to take the cheese off the block to finish slicing it. Terrible two.

    Solid and durable product for kitchenware and gadgets

    I gave this to my husband who loves cheese and he loved it. Looks great, works like a dream. He's a nice weight. Very smooth cutting action. Very sure; nothing wobbles. Comes with 2 interchangeable knives. I cannot be happier with this purchase.

    Wire unstable and easy to brake

    Arrived with wire attached and broke in half. I connected one of the extra wires and it doesn't fit in the groove. It's very thin and I didn't want to hurt myself trying to cut something so I got my money back. This was disappointing as it was a family Christmas present. A loose wire probably won't cut well. Good seller to return it.

    Good work! on kitchenware and gadgets

    Great product! Works as advertised. I used to cut cheese with a knife and I was always afraid of this task. After getting the cutter, I can cut a piece of cheese (1 pound) in minutes. When I received it the cable was broken so I had to use the replacement cable they provided. And the corner of the board was broken off. Suggestion: Better pack it up and don't put it on the wire when transporting.

    Good product - poor packaging

    Goods received but wire broken due to poor packaging. Luckily 2 spare cables were included with the product but now after installing one of the spares I only have 1 spare cable left. The product is well suited for cutting cheese. The 50% reduction in my replacement wires was a disappointment as I had to use one to replace an assembled wire that broke on delivery. Haven't heard from the company about replacing a broken cable.

    Could have been a good cheese cutter but the threads on the handle had snapped and one of the replacement wires was missing a loop end. They sent me a message to contact them with any problems before leaving a review. Her message ended with: Click here to visit the Miles Kimball Company [email removed]! I tried clicking on it and they were right, their email address has been deleted. Good luck if anyone has problems with their products!

    My dear mother had one of these and she gave it to me after she knew how much I liked it. Thank you Lord for a loving mother. Some Chinese products have poorly attached handles, wires, and glued rubber feet. Pay attention to this when buying. Buying American-made goods helps keep this country's economy strong. Keep this in mind when voting. Socialism, Marxism and strict liberalism threaten the government and the rights of citizens. Obama funded terrorists. Biden, Pelosi and Co. are traitors…

    Marble Cheese Slicer

    I ordered 3 marble cheese cutters as a gift and each marble slab was different and different from the picture on the website. Two slicers arrived with broken cables. Rather than trying to return broken boards and wires, my husband was able to fix them with the extra wires that came with the slicers. The packaging of the cutting machines was poor as the original wires broke easily due to the way the boards were packaged.
