    Works well and is good value

    I didn't need a wireless version for my satellite phone in the office so these wired headphones that plugged directly into the phone (PolyCom) worked great. Even better is the fact that it's not as expensive as the Plantronics wireless headset I use in my other (main) office. The cable is long enough and the sound quality is very good - I have no complaints at all.

    Works great with my Mitel 6392 analog phone

    Wantek recommended this headset for my Mitel 6392 analog phone after I asked about another headset advertised. At first I wasn't sure if I would like the single-band design, but it's comfortable and most importantly, the sound quality is excellent for both me and my interlocutors. I can hear myself (another post says they can't). Very happy with this headset.

    super easy! suitable for headset

    Today I got to know this headset for the first time and I am simply enthusiastic. I plugged it into the jack on the back of my office phone and it worked! The phone volume controls worked with the headset and were very easy to use. The sound quality isn't the best, but it's okay. No complaints from the person who spoke to me on the phone so that's a good sign too. Will definitely buy again if needed!

    Great quality at an affordable price - Hit Revain

    Manage a separate customer service organization by using the headset all day, receiving and calling customers, suppliers and other suppliers. Comfort is very important and it meets my needs. The only downside is that it's very easy to toggle between the on and off slider, and I've been missing calls because the switch is in the wrong position. The low tech solution is that I sealed the switch so it stays on all the time. The next version of the element should contain a radio button block.

    VERY comfortable and lightweight

    I have a call center phone CALLANY HT500 which comes already with a mono headset with no volume control. But I prefer double ears and volume control is a must for me personally as each call can be heard differently or too loud. Great headphones, just wish they were louder.
