Once you understand the required consistency of melted wax, how wax pots work, and how to apply wax/remove hair, the process is easy. The wax isn't as terrible as some other reviews have mentioned, have I used better waxes?.YES.but is this the worst thing?.NO. This is a full size wax heater, very well made. I use it for sugar wax so I can't speak to the wax balls included. The inner pot is removable for easy cleaning and the temperature control turns on and off to keep the wax at a consistent temperature. I use this at home as a hair removal device so it doesn't get as much use as in the salon but it looks like it will hold up to constant use throughout a work day.

With everything you need to get started and last. Heat control is great for controlling consistency and for use on sensitive areas. The device itself feels pretty solid and sturdy and was very easy to use. I'm really impressed with all the different beads that come with the kit and I haven't waxed at home in so long I really didn't know where to start. I'm glad I now have the opportunity to wax at home and even my teens use an eyebrow kit lol.

This wax warmer was very easy to use and effective. I've been able to get rid of the hair on my legs and I'm so glad I can shave less often! The kit includes wax balls and application sticks which helped a lot.
