Absolute Garbage: Motorcycles and Powersports

Absolute Garbage broke the instant I lifted the shield on my 60" plow, I wouldn't even trust a 48" polypropylene plow to do that!

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Some Problems

Loop didn't work on first use

This strap didn't work on first use. The stitching that forms a loop at the end of the plow has come undone. Now repair the belt in the saddlery.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • High price

Trust the reviews because I'm not

I've read several reviews about how weak the threads on the connector hold up. I thought hey this is Polaris they must be using the product properly. Well, the first plow and spurt of thread loosened up and we used the same plow on a tiny 1/4 synthetic rope that finally gave up after 6 years of use. Extremely disappointing.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • No Instructions

Belt fails under load

This one only lasted five minutes, driving the bucket into a pile of loose earth that had been dug by hand to fill in some of the flooded depressions. The strap popped out on the first lift, which is presumably a design for this particular application and I've had two such overflows on a lookout where the bucket capacity was nowhere near a 200 lb bucket. I spoke to Warn support and they said it must be a defective belt. I'm so glad to know it doesn't work in the off-season, I'd be furious if I…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Reliability
