They're good, but to be honest the screws should be a bit longer. 1/4 inch is probably enough. However, if you bend the part that goes over the channel a little, you'll obviously have to bend it a little to get over the edge, but they will snag. I need six for cameras and solar panels and am happy with the price and build quality.

2 bugs -1. The 360° swivel is (very) free of play and does not hold the angle. It's a deal breaker.2. I have normal gutters. It took two wedges (made of rubber edging for landscaping) to secure the bracket to the gutter wall. As some other commenters have mentioned, the mounts should come with these wedges. The assembly took quite a long time because of the wedges, and then I noticed that the swivels were loose. To return.

excellent, sturdy. don't hang down like people complain. You just need to know how to read the simple graphic instructions on the packaging. If for some reason it's hanging down, just put a small piece of wood or something to make it more durable. No wow what a deal. What do you expect from 1-2 stars? You should be grateful that there is a good product that will stop you from drilling holes in your home. Easy. Light. Enough said.

Everything about the design and function of these fasteners is great except for the screw that attaches to the gutter trim to secure everything - the screw will scratch the painted surface of the gutter trim as the screw is only one painted white - maybe it should be covered with some kind of glue to protect it from scratches. If you screw it in tight (to keep it secure) it can and will scratch the paint - in my case. Otherwise a good product.

Just wanted to provide feedback on the water stone gutter. The product sounds great in theory, but it's impractical. I attached four Arlo Pro 2 cameras to the Wasserstein mounts. All four were hung from my gutters and I'm sorry to say they don't work as advertised. The cameras don't show up. They crash a few minutes after installation. One of them doesn't sleep at all. The swivel mounts are not strong enough to support the angles required for the cameras. Too bad the product doesn't work.

Good concept, but not well thought through. Pros: Easy to install. will scratch the surface where you tighten it. (A rubber/silicone tip/cap solves this problem) The screws are not long enough to be used on both sides. (buy longer screws for thinner slide) The tilt (up/down) can be tightened and fixed, but the rotation is too loose, so wind or small animals can easily move the camera. (Use something like tape or glue to hold it in place)

Great product idea BUT. Something needs to be updated. It doesn't fit my gutters. I had to buy screws that were 1/2" longer to secure them just enough so they wouldn't wobble in the wind. Also, my gutter style has an angle at the top and the screws aren't quite low enough to go under that lip without lifting the front of the mount when tightening.The key ring on the tight part of the camera mount is also quite flimsy but they have a slot for a flathead screwdriver.If they fix these issues I…

This is a great mounting system suitable for Arlo cameras and solar panels. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mount needs some modification to work properly with the solar panels. I was able to reverse the fasteners (attached with four Phillips head screws so that the solar panel sits on top of the bracket and not under it, allowing for a better angle.
