Incompatible - not every band is the same

Bought this band here for my daughter for Christmas. The white one was hard to lock up but we got him and he was safe. Fast forward a few months and she wants to change her band. The burgundy is missing a metal pin on one of the straps. We're trying to put on a light pink strap and are having trouble getting it to fit. After several attempts, the pin breaks. This product is very inconsistent and I would not buy it again.

Too small uncomfortable

As other reviewers said, this strap does not match the original strap: I wear the FitBit strap on the penultimate hole, here I have to use the last hole. The locking mechanism is also much larger/bulky. So if you use your computer for work all day, I would definitely not recommend it as it puts quite a bit of pressure on your wrist. The color was nice and the pins seemed to snap into place fairly securely. . However, I don't know how long it will last as it was too uncomfortable even during the

Smaller than a small Fitbit bracelet

This product is as described. I love that it has two end loops, especially since I bought it because the loop on my resistance band broke. Remember it's small. Slightly smaller than the small band that comes with the Fitbit. I put my original little tape on the 4th or 5th hole from the back. This strap was stuck at the third hole and I couldn't snap it any further. The pins have also been loosened, which doesn't matter unless you try to change straps frequently.
