Great, easy-to Use and simple integration process

The ease with which I can create my own dashboards to see what's happening in our business from anywhere at any time has been invaluable over recent years as we've grown rapidly! There are some minor bugs that could be ironed out but nothing major - they're working hard behind closed doors for sure so it would take someone who worked there before this was released though!! It doesn't have anything like an API (as far as i know) or something similar where other BI tools do exist within their…

Excellent tool for keeping track of social media presence

I like that its very customizable so we can make it fit our needs as much or little as needed! We have noticed an improvement in our sales team's performance since implementing this app into their daily work flow. Also using it to track client issues (customer service) has improved my teams' ability to provide exceptional customer service. Detailed insight into your competition's businesses

The dashboard is very easy to use and navigate, and the data is very comprehensive. I particularly like the ability to see the number of competitors in a given area, and the ability to see what percentage of their business they are doing. They are also very responsive to questions and concerns. There is not a lot I dislike about the service, but I do wish that they had a more robust search function. The search function is not as robust as it could be. I would recommend this service to anyone…
