Suction power and great sound

Overall I like this piece. The sound is great and it definitely stays in my shower (I placed it away from the tap on the tiled walls). Worst of all, you can't adjust the volume on the device itself - only from your phone (or whatever you've connected to it via Bluetooth). I also don't like that it can't stay on and the battery life isn't the best. I think it's worth it for the money though.

Excellent purchase. If you use the FM radio for about 1/2 hour every day, the battery will stay charged for 3 weeks. It has a tiny battery indicator and goes silent for a split second every few minutes to indicate when the charge is low. It can be charged via the USB port. WITHOUT BATTERIES! The FM reception is really good for a station about 20 miles from our house and the radio is in the tile-enclosed shower. If I turn it off and on again, it keeps the same radio station. 30 station memories do NOT make the radio useful.

I bought it because it was listed with 30 VHF station memories which it does. However, the user cannot enter or delete stations from memory, reducing its usefulness to less than "0". The only way to save channels is to search automatically. There is no way to delete channels. In my case, I'm interested in 4 Boston wards. But since there's no way to limit the memory to those stations, I would have to go through 26 stations that were too faint to hear or uninteresting. I can't do it in the shower

Bluetooth hiss/whistle makes streaming difficult

I like this device, the sound is good for its size and purpose, the suction seems to work well and the buttons are well executed. The problem is that when connected via Bluetooth, there is a constant hum/whistle, especially when playing music. It's quite high so some people might miss it, but it makes it impossible to listen to music with an Agptek shower radio. The FM radio works well too, but I wanted it for Bluetooth. I tested multiple devices by removing and adding them back multiple times,

It's not worth it. Cheap quality. Not loud enough. The battery is terrible.

I'm in my 30's and have good hearing so I know the volume is bad here. In my heart, I can barely hear many of my podcasts or news programs. It depends on the show, but at max volume I was at the mercy of the sound quality of that show. It has to compete with the sound of water in the shower. but is that the point? The battery ALWAYS SUCKED. It takes maybe 4-5 showers (each maybe 10-15 minutes). I would turn it off immediately. But maybe it uses the battery when it's off to save time. Anyway…
