This bag is of very high quality. It really looks and feels like a designer bag! It is functional and practical while remaining stylish. I would have liked some space for pens, small things etc. in the smaller front pockets. However, their absence is not enough for a star deduction. Great bag!

I LOVE this BAG! THIS LOOKS SERIOUS DESIGNER. VERY FASHIONABLE. It's roomy and very durable. I found out that there is no battery included. You need a rechargeable battery for traveling. It only has one end that connects to a quick release adapter as shown in the picture. The case will not work (charge your phone) if it is not plugged into an outlet or battery. They are inexpensive. Well worth it, I'm so glad I got it ❤ Looks expensive.

A really nice bag that has so much space for all my stuff. The laptop compartment is great and really protects my laptop from other items in the bag. The charging port on the outside of the case works, just charge the case and you're good to go! Comes with detachable shoulder/cross strap.

Such a cute bag. Inside the bag there are many compartments. However, the long strap, which is supposed to be a crossbody, broke on me TWICE. The first time I thought I was just unlucky with the bag, then I sent it back and got a replacement. Well the spare is broken so now I can't use it as a shoulder bag if I want to, which sucks. I am very happy with this bag. I like the way it looks and the description is pretty accurate. My 15" laptop fits easily in my bag and I still have room for other things that I usually carry in a separate purse (wallet, cosmetics, medication).
