Literally the worst. The plastic is so cheap it breaks when you install it, you screw a metal washer into a very very cheap plastic so with the slightest amount of torque to screw the thing on it literally falls apart (doesn't crack but breaks like glass in 15 parts). abominable.

arrived on time but I ordered the cable that connects to the battery and I received it so now I have to buy another cable as it doesn't come with one is supplied to connect to the battery. Update: Switching from 3 stars to 1 star stopped working after the 3rd time I used it about halfway through my trip, it just won't turn on.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst adapter I've ever bought. It only worked once and I only used it for a few days. I thought it stopped working because one of the plugs was disconnected from the battery, but everything was connected and fine, only the adapter didn't work. Very dissatisfied.

You get what you pay for, that's what comes to mind with this USB adapter. It's far from waterproof. The cheap rubber grommets don't fit properly on the outlets and the fit around the handlebars is mediocre at best, even with the rubber grommets provided. not in use, it has a built in fuse, the cable is long enough and it works to charge my phone while i use it for gps and music for my helmet comm device on the go.

Handlebar clip is so large clearly not intended for use on real handlebars. So the "constructor" contains three scrap spacers and you need to balance with these scrap and the clip to secure the device. You can't, of course, because on a typical 7/8" handlebar, the trimmings pile up so high that they squeeze or slip out from under the clamp with every vibration. The clamp itself is secured with a 3mm nut that dangles in the clamp. "fixed" and expect to find yourself searching the garage floor…

I like it. I just installed it yesterday and had a chance to test it while riding my KLR-650. He kept my phone charged. The ON/OFF button is required. The button allows you to turn off the charger when the bike is not in use to prevent battery drain. My bike has a single cylinder engine. There is some vibration. The rubber pads on the handlebar clamp are made of soft rubber and effectively reduce the vibration of the charger. To be on the safe side, I had to install an additional 5A fuse next…
